Need access or Can't log in?
First, submit a request from the Dean's office. If you still can not log in, try the following steps. Do this before you file a ticket.
- Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- Confirm your account name is spelled correctly when the administrator added the account. e.g. some accounts contain digits at the end.
- Try to log in outlook.liu.edu, your credential should be the same. Try to log in Workload System using the same credential.
- If you still can not log in, reset your password without special characters. Use numbers instead.
- Try to log in Workload System again.
