Need access or Can't log in?

First, submit a request from the Dean's office. If you still can not log in, try the following steps. Do this before you file a ticket.

  1. Make sure Caps Lock is off.
  2. Confirm your account name is spelled correctly when the administrator added the account. e.g. some accounts contain digits at the end.
  3. Try to log in outlook.liu.edu, your credential should be the same. Try to log in Workload System using the same credential.
  4. If you still can not log in, reset your password without special characters. Use numbers instead.
  5. Try to log in Workload System again.
